What does “per door” mean?
You pay per home/unit in the community per month — the way HOAs and managers already think about cost. Bigger communities get a lower effective per-door rate.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Month-to-month; cancel anytime. We'll help you migrate for free.
What about payment & messaging costs?
Your association keeps 100% of the dues it collects. Online payments carry a small, flat service fee that's always shown to the payer upfront — never buried in your statements — and you choose whether residents pay it or you cover it. In-app and email notifications are included free.
How does the Rentals add-on price work?
It's an optional add-on billed per rented unit per month (≈$15/unit), on top of your plan. Screening reports and listing syndication are billed à la carte, always shown upfront. Owner-occupied homes aren't charged the add-on.
